The images available for your viewing pleasure in the PhotoMann Web gallery are copyrighted © 1990-2018 by Douglas Mann. The PhotoMann images and trademark are my property. You can use any of the images for non-commercial purposes... i.e. your personal home page as long as credit is given to PhotoMann as the source. There should be a link from the image or the credit directly to www.photomann.com.

Most of the more recent images now have a visible photomann.com watermark. I have also added a Digimarc watermark which isn't visible and can't be cropped by editing. It allows me to track image useage across the Internet. If you would like to use an image for personal or commercial usage please contact me for more information.

If you would like to use any of the images for commercial purposes (commercial Web page or to make money) then you need to contact me using my contact form for further discussion. All the images shown are the result of significant effort and expense on my part. Use of any images for commercial purposes without my consent violates international copyright laws and constitutes theft. In this case I'll track you down seek retribution :-).
