This is one of many drum floats in the Nebuta Festival parade. Many floats have relief drummers to trade off with. The noise level at the Nebuta parade defies description. The drums, flutes, bells and chanting will be ringing in your ears... but it's worth it! It's one of the best festivals in Japan!
