Overloaded!
This tricycle was loaded with a bunch of wooden tables and a chair on top. The "driver" is standing on it to keep it from tipping over. I tipped back anyway as predicted! He still rode off with the load periodically lifting it's front tire.

Debating Monks
An inner courtyard at Sera Monastery is the site for daily debate practice by monks. They challenge each other on their knowledge of Buddhist writings. There is a lot of verbal banter, smacking of hands and gestures that make for an entertaining spectacle.
In Your Face!
Some debating monks are more aggressive than others.

Mad Yak Restaurant
PhotoMann (2nd from Right) is shown here with his traveling companions just before entering the Mad Yak restaurant in Lhasa. Our last evening meal in Tibet was here and featured a traditional Tibetan cultural show as seen below.
Cool Ghostly Image
This image was actually a mistake but I love the results. My flash batteries were running low so the flash didn't fire when I took this shot. The motion of the dancer creates the blurred image. A burst of flash from someone else highlighted parts of the costume.
Canned Oxygen!
These cans were two great friends when I was struggling for oxygen! The 18 inch tall cans were extremely light.
